Have you ever heard of the phrase “Anxious mom, anxious child”? 

I’m a big believer in role-modelling and I believe a mother/father is the greatest role-model for her/his child. Role-modelling is the main strategy that I recommend in all my classes. So when I saw this sentence, “If you want a gentle child, be gentle”, I had to share it with you and talk about it with you.

So in this week’s podcast, I talk about how you can be a good role-model for your child to become an ambitious human with growth mindset.
