In this episode of Teachers Talk Travel, you'll get to know Carly "Wayward" Heyward.
She's a well-traveled teacher who runs the blog Flight of the Educator, and she's dedicated to helping educators navigate the world on a teacher's budget.
Her blog stands out because it's filled with informative, detailed, and helpful posts - that get down to the nitty-gritty of trips in each place. She also offers additional support as a travel agent - so if you need help planning a trip, be sure to reach out to her! Getting the service of a travel agent costs you nothing, but you'll have a much smoother time - and she'll get a commission of whatever you spend.
Alyssa and I also share other travel podcasts you'll want to write down. They're a great way to travel when you can't actually go anywhere.
After listening, be sure to join the discussion in our Facebook group. We'd love to hear about ways that you save when boarding on a budget. Have a favorite affordable destination? We'd love to hear about that, too!
