I'm in a bad mood with both Colorado teams as the Avalanche were responsible for ending the Sharks win streak whilst the Eagles killed the Barracuda's chances of making it into this year's Calder Cup Playoffs as they miss out by the slimist of margins

We will digest all of the highs, lows and heartbreak in the final set of Lookbacks and Cuda Corner of the season as the action winds down as both teams first season of the Evolve and Resurgence Eras come to a close

The WestWatch is finally back as we look ahead to the Stanley Cup Playoffs by previewing the Western Conference and make that bold prediction on who will represent our conference in the Stanley Cup Finals come June

And we finish the show with the final trip down Teal Lane as we reminisce on our preseason show which has become a recent edition to the podcast

We start the show with the second half of my trip which not only featured the Blues and Capitals but also saw me finally get my first taste of AHL hockey as the Barracuda took on Ontario and Coachella Valley

As well as all of that we will lookback on the whole of March where I will be voicing my displeasure of James Reimer's actions during Hockey Night For Everyone and over in Cuda Corner our playoff hopes went on life support as so many back to backs ended in split results instead of maximum points

Once again the WestWatch sits out as we bring back a segment we did last season looking back on all of the blockbuster moves made during the Trade Deadline which this year happened whilst I was away

Finally my long awaited return trip to San Jose had arrived and I couldn't be more excited to get back out there to the Tank for some amazing action as the first half of the trip featured Predators, Blackhawks and Canadiens where I also witnessed history as Patrick Marleau became the first Shark to have their number hoisted to the rafters in a very special and long day

But before all of that we lookback on a month full of heartbreak for the Sharks as the theme of the year so close and yet so far really took its toll this month whilst things weren't any easier for the Barracuda as Cuda Corner recaps a testing month for them as well

This month the WestWatch is ditched in favour of recapping all the fun of the 2023 NHL All Star Weekend which took place at FLA Live Arena the home of the Florida Panthers

We finish the show with another trip down Teal Lane where this time we reminisce on the development of Cuda Corner and how we were finally able to bring the San Jose Barracuda to our show

I finally got back out to San Jose CA and loved every second of it and miss being there dearly...

For only the second time in my now fourteen years as a shark the team played on New Year's Day as the first month of 2023 was frustrating as so many wins slipped through our grasp despite one common theme and that was San Jose constantly being persisitent with the puck at the net meanwhile in Cuda Corner it was a mixed bag as they managed to snap their eight game losing streak from last month and paid their first visit to Coachella Valley

Over on the WestWatch we moan at Vegas being picked over Vancouver as the Kraken's oppenents at next year's Winter Classic, share our delight at the Battle of Alberta going outdoors for the Heritage Classic next season and drool over Arizona's all new thrd jerseys

This month's trip to Teal Lane sees us reminisce on our first ever live show which not only was a huge moment for the show but also for me as a content creator

The final month of the 2022 calendar year brought a lack of discpline and the once mighty penalty kill leak big time as the Seals Reverse Retros got a fair outing throughout the month including two road games in Anaheim and Vancouver, over in Cuda Corner the Barracuda faced adversity for the first time this season which also saw two big milestones the first matchup with the Coachella Valley Firebirds and the last of the Resurgence Jerseys made their glorious debut

This month was a slow month for the WestWatch as there wasn't much news across the conference however we do have some items to cover including history in the US Hockey Hall of Fame from a St.Louis native, Edmonton hand out a contract extension and the dates for Anaheim Ducks Day 2023 are announced

We finish the show by taking another trip down Teal Lane where this time we reminicse about the WestWatch and how it has developed across the five seasons of the Teal Report podcast

November proved to be a sticky point for the Sharks new era as there was plenty of bonus hockey throughout but mainly shootouts which provided a lot of agony as once again their record doesn't show their effort that is being put in, whilst in Cuda Corner the Barracuda had a very busy month full of back to backs including their first encounter with the Wranglers

Fresh from facing the Preds in Prague things didn't get any easier as the month of October proved to be a very tricky start to the 2022/23 season as we will be looking back on how the month unfolded whilst over at Cuda Corner the Barracuda got off to a brillant start as they began life in their new home at Tech CU Arena

In this special bonus edition of the podcast we look back on all the thirlls of the 2022 NHL Global Series that took place in Prague on the 7th & 8th October 2022 featuring your San Jose Sharks and the Nashville Predators...

Whilst things didn't go as well for Teal Town on the ice there were still plenty of things to be excited about as we go through everything from the Global Series Challenge matches and all the sightseeing that the players and SJ Sharkie and Gnash got up to on their respective trips

We start by sharing my intial thoughts on when the news first broke before looking back on the Global Series Challenge matches that took place in the build up to Prague so for Smashville who faced SC Bern whilst Teal Town paid a visit to Eisbaren Berlin and may I say both european clubs did their very best and should be proud of themselvea

Then it's time to turn our attention to the Czech Republic and recap all the action which sadly went Nashville's way
