She has a long-term love of motorsport as cars have always been a part of her life. Anji's grandfather was a rally driving champion in Kenya, and her dad is a mechanic.
Anji saw a piece on TV about Team BRIT in 2021 and got in touch, before beginning her rookie development programme with the goal of racing in the Britcar Championship this year.
Alongside her racing development, Anji is also undergoing fertility treatment with her wife in the hope of starting a family.
