Mr. Cooper speaks on how the government of The Bahamas can add more action to a lot of their big announcements. He addresses topics such as Economic Growth, The Ease of Doing Business, Legitimate Foreign Direct Investment, Encouraging Domestic Investment, Financial Services Industry Issues, and The National Development Plan.

On November 20th, 2019 Mr. Cooper provided his contribution to the compendium of environmental bills. He addressed key topics such as environmental stewardship, The Oban Deal, The Equinor Oil Spill, Carnival Cruise Dumping, The Plastic Ban, Poaching of Marine Resources, Dumping on Exuma, Exuma Pride and Hurricane Dorian. 

On the 6th of November 2019, Mr. Cooper provided his contribution to the Disaster Recovery Authority Bill 2019. He addressed how this bill continues to add to the bureaucracy present in our country, despite the Prime Minister's promise to slash red tape. The level of inefficiency persist with this Conch Salad Bill.

On the 16th of October 2019, Mr. Cooper provided his contribution to the Disaster Preparedness and Response Bill 2019. He addressed some of the key issues our people are dealing with Post-Dorian.
