Hey guys, we're back! We had an audio issue with the last upload, this one is fixed!

Michelle and I (dad Daniel) just catch up on the last 9 months.  A lot has happened and we plan on getting deeper into that stuff in the near future! Thanks for tuning in!

On this episode we welcomed our second ever guest Gracen!  Gracen and Daniel - Son, have been great friends from sometime in elementary/middle school.  In this episode they reminisce about the "glory days" of recess and the intense games played on the playground.  We got to hang out with Gracen and introduce him to forging metal over the weekend.  It seemed like a natural thing to do a podcast with the two young men and just see where the conversation goes.  I (Dad Daniel) learned that my son is a natural leader and heard quite a few stories that were never told to me.  It was just a fun time hanging out with da boys.  Hope you enjoy, we'll be back with another episode soon!

This is a hilarious episode as the Intern (Daniel) recounts his first day at a new high school.  The last two years he was at a charter school that involved two days on campus and the rest of the time at home, so going to a school of 1500 students is quite a change!  He wanted to go to this high school, but as day one drew closer, he started to get some nerves.  Michelle and I definitely were nervous to see how the day went, but as you can hear, he actually had a pretty good time. 

Join us as we sit down and recap our whole vacation trip.  The Intern describes why he loved Montana and plans to move there.  Overall this was just a fun conversation we had!  Enjoy! 

The whole family, including the dogs, sat down in our Bean Trailer to record a podcast on our two week trip through Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming.  We stayed at the Many Glacier Campground in Glacier National Park where we recorded this podcast.  We talk about anger and how people in the wilderness are actually good people (most of the time).  We hope you enjoy!

Michelle and I sat down to talk about where we currently are in our relationship and dove into a bit of our history together.  We coasted for 13 years of our marriage and finally got to a point where we had to decide to work together or go our separate ways.  It was a brutal time and the climb out has been the most challenging thing we have ever done.  Those challenges have made the rewards of the hard work so much sweeter though.  Hope you guys enjoy getting to know us better. 

After a busy month, we decided to get back to the microphones and put out an update!    We talk about our new trailer, the trip to get it, a change in schooling for little Daniel and our upcoming trip.  We hope you enjoy.  

In this episode we sat down and talked about a lot of stuff, energy management in the gym, our changing lives and learning how to set boundaries.  Michelle lost her brother John on September 22, 2019.  To say it changed our lives is an understatement.  Michelle talked about how that has affected her life and gave her a reason to move into growth.  It is a great conversation and gives further insight into who we are as a couple and family.  Give it a listen and let us know what you think!

We did it, we got a guest on! Isaia is a good friend of the family's, he is a coach at Strong City where the Intern and Daniel work out and has coached the Intern since his early days of fitness.  In this podcast we scratched the surface on a question that is big and wide, "What is a man?".   The goal wasn't to firmly find an answer, but to talk about our different thoughts on the subject and start thinking about who we want to be, who we want our kids to be and how important this stuff is.  Give it a listen and let us know what you think!
