Hey babes! Its Kieana here with her solo episode. This episode we go over how she set boundaries in her family when it came to her healing. We go over how being the oldest daughter means you're the emotional support child, and the sibling punching bag wrapped tightly in a straight jacket. She goes over how her partner is the one who made her really see how her trauma was affecting not only family, but also their relationship. At the end she gives you some prompts to help you when dealing with some healing and her favorite black romance novels of the month! 

You usually hear us together, and never apart, but this week we took the time to record separately. This week Victoria tackles her healing of the church wound, how she got it and how she deals with it now. You finally hear a little back story of my pain when it came to church and how I overcame that. I hope I can help encourage you to take your time with your wounds and know its okay. It took me three years to even touch the church wound and now its a scar. I'm happy I was able to heal and I hope you are too.
