TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ SUBRADEON

Subradeon: the Neapolitan New School.

Subradeon is a musical mission started more than fifteen years ago in southern Italy, well known as a territory rich in artistic and musical vanguards, with the intention to continue and be an active part of that message born in Detroit’s streets in the middle 80’s: “live the music” as a universal message, as the most important thing, as a cultural movement.

One thing is clear, from the first listen one can appreciate their innovative ability, their creativity in mixing different styles, honouring the pure techno sound with the soul of Motown combined with elements that range from hip hop to jazz, from funk to soul.

2018 is the year of Subradeon Records. “God Bless” EP was the first release that opened the doors to the electronic music scene. From there followed a series of releases on several labels such as Hardgroove, Rekids, Sous Music, Character and three new EPs on Subradeon records.

“Trying to accurately convert the human experience into sound”.

TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ OPH

OPH is one to keep an eye on. Vinyl enthusiast, this french DJ started his musical journey by writing reviews about the electronic scene of his hometown, Lyon. After moving to Berlin in 2014, he quickly joined the Stützpunkt collective as a resident, opening doors to clubs like Arena, Grießmühle or ://about blank.

His sets reflect his large and diverse musical culture and are shaped to musically recreate a palette of emotions felt on the dancefloor. Forever in search of new sounds to play with, he sees mixing as a form of plastic art, combining different textures and grooves to induce a state of introspection.

On the side, he shares the booth with Chami, his close friend and music half. Together they run a Face 2 Face act, a special format that got them a successful gig in Berghain recently. In combination with a new residency in the Sinxergy family, you can expect more to come from OPH in the near future.

TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ PHALCON

For the Berlin based artist Phalcon, the value of music goes beyond the dimensions of rhythmic and harmonic organization. Music is his way of communicating: through the intersection of colors, grooves and rhythms he exposes his sensory perception, which defines his identity as an artist. Music can be uniquely capable of uncovering the aporias of temporality - and this is one of the most delightful paradoxes for him: the depths of its utterly consistency, restless pulse, rest and motion, pause and acceleration, tension and resolve... and the sum total that all parameter interactions might give.
