TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ FIEDEL

Contrast. Objection. Antithesis. This is how you might start an attempt to describe the world. A seemingly chaos of shapes and thoughts that don't belong to each other. An overall image to be found in life and in music. But that's not Fiedel’s view of the world. Where others make distinctions, he sees connections, where others find emptiness, he finds rooms full of opportunities.

Finding those harmonies, connections and contexts marks out his musical work. The synthesis of apparently opposing music, the interaction and the mix of styles and moods, without loosing the storyline, that makes out the characteristic Fiedel sound.

You can say one thing about Fiedel: he is no techno or house stereotype pattern, that you can put randomly on a every evening or club. He is lead by his history, the history of the music and the feeling of the moment to build something new and to capture this very moment.

TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ ANANDA

Linchpin of her local scene, Rio de Janeiro’s veritable rave queen, Ananda has found her musical home in the Carioca warehouses and parking lots where she holds fort at her four-year strong queer party, KODE. There, the producer and DJ hosts Brazil’s finest; at the celebrated techno-oriented events. But Ananda’s impact on Brazilian club music far outstretches the RDJ limits. Indeed, she regularly frequents São Paulo’s revered parties Mamba Negra, ODD and Carlos Capslock; and, she’s even guested at Berlin’s incomparable Pornceptual and Buttons events. As a producer, Ananda’s style is dark and intense, yet never overbearing. Her compositions feel spacious and intricate; delicate layers, tonal curios and startling timbre changes intrigue and tug at the ear, transforming tracks that begin in the four-to-the-floor techno idiom, into something altogether more atmospheric.

In 2021, Ananda in partnership with Amanda Mussi founded MACRO HITS, a label focused on Latin America producers, with a monthly residence at the Lot Radio in NY. 2022 sees here Berghain main floor debut and also shows for HOR and the queer Lisbon party MINA for pride edition.
