This week we’re joined by Tech Wellness Advocate, August Brice. August began her tech wellness journey over 25 years ago after developing Electromagnetic Sensitivity (otherwise known as ES). ES led her to years of research and discovery, unlocking the key to health and wellness, safety and security. Feeling the negative effects that tech devices such as cell phones had on her and seeing the addiction in others led to her pursuing research on tech addiction and cyber-security issues with technology. The path culminated in a nice balanced ratio and respect for technology which we call the Tech Wellness Ways. As a Tech Wellness Advocate, August makes sure that others have the information they need to thrive in a world brimming with tech and create mindful and balanced relationships with technology.
