  • Nourishing Our Kids During a Pandemic with Julianne and Kristin

Pandemics can place incredible psychological pressure on all members of our community.  In particular, our paediatric population are facing tremendously difficult times of isolation from their peers and extended family, remote learning and cessation of structured activities such as sport.  Children are navigating increased exposure to negative information, as well as high levels of stress from changes to their sleep, eating, exercise and social habits, as well as increased screen time, and this pertinent podcast is designed to help Naturopaths and Herbalists best support their paediatric patients.

Join Julianne and Kristin as they discuss their real life paediatric cases, their favourite phytomedicines and how particular herbs, and especially glycetracts along with flower essences, helped their younger patients manage the anxiety associated with the current pandemic.  You will hear a guest speaker join the conversation, who sought help from both Julianne and Kristin and how the remedy helped transform her young child.   This raw, emotional and honest podcast is not only beneficial for Naturopaths and Herbalists, but for families who are experiencing the impact of 2020/21 life as we know it.
