About a year ago we were standing in a Starbucks waiting for our hand-crafted coffees to be made after ordering at the counter when we realized there were at least 6 coffees already made and ready for drinking, and the baristas were adding more, but we were the only ones standing and waiting.  Then one by one, mostly people younger than us came in, and went directly to the pickup counter and grabbed their latte or whatever…

It was then we realized that it was the NORM to order ahead and have your order waiting!  Where had we been?

I’ve always been a person that didn’t like to keep a lot of paper documents so I create them on my computer.  So when I’m out somewhere and I don’t have the document with me what can I do?  

Well…I access it from my phone or iPad. 

How, you may ask?  - the answer is - I store my documents in the cloud. 

Now I know what you’re thinking…Bruce - those puffy white things in the sky don’t hold documents do they?  And you’d be right. Of course, I’m talking about the internet cloud.
