Nick Helm is a stand up comedian, musician and star of the BBC comedy series Uncle. It was such a pleasure to chat to Nick and a real honour to have him as a guest on Technical Healing. 
Nick speaks to Charlie and Will about how he got into comedy, what he was doing before stand up, his proudest achievements, and his personal experiences with depression and anxiety. Nick is very open and honest about his battle with mental health and offers techniques and advice that have helped him.

Sam Avery is an experienced stand up comedian, writer, and artistic director of the Comedy Trust charity. Sam speaks, to Charlie and Will, about his introduction to comedy, his best and worst gigs, and the amazing work that the Comedy Trust do to help people use comedy to combat their mental illness and improve confidence and well-being. Wow! What an unbelievable episode of Technical Healing. Charlie and Will chat to the one and only Gabby Logan MBE.
Gabby tells the boys about how her career developed, the superstars and legends she has worked with, the increasing presence of female reputation in sports broadcasting, and her take on mental health and well-being.
It was an honour and privilege to chat to Gabby, being such an icon of British broadcasting, and she was more charismatic and professional than Will and Charlie could have ever imagined. Gabby Logan is a legend!! 

Benji Webbe is the charismatic frontman of the band Skindred. Benji chats to Charlie and Will about the positive influence that exercise and walking has had on his own mental health and well-being. This episode was so much fun and Benji’s energy and humour is so infectious.

What a way to conclude a great first season...

As the first series nears its conclusion, we have put out this bonus episode. It is a compilation of jokes and silly bits from the previous 13 episodes.

This week we spoke to Dr Ben Sessa about his fascinating research using psychedelic drugs and psychotherapy to treat mental health problems. Ben also talks about the exciting, soon to be opened,  Awakn clinics. 
The use of Psychedelic drugs will undoubtedly be scrutinized and quickly associated with recreational street drugs. However, Ben states the facts and evidence of his scientific research in a clear and intellectual way that will convince listeners that this an effective treatment method. Dr Ben Sessa and his colleagues are possibly the future of mental health treatment. 

In this episode of Technical Healing we welcome Hannah Wiltshire who is a volunteer at Suicide Prevention Bristol. Following on from the Technical Healing raffle to raise a donation for SPB, we reached out to the charity to find out more about their incredible work. Hannah was kind enough to join us to answer our questions. It was such a pleasure to speak with Hannah, and to hear about the brave and vital work that all the volunteers at SPB are doing. Hannah was so friendly and positive, clearly passionate about SPB, and well informed on mental health and well-being.
