Bio;

Camcussion is an electronic musician and DJ from Windsor, Canada. His latest album release, Label Me Insane, on Museum of Skin records, features tracks written over a large period of time, with a wide array of equipment. His live sets range from all vinyl, to all gear, to computer or iOS-based performances. Camcussion has recently appeared on Planet Funk and The Bassment in Detroit, as well as playing 3 shows with JW Productions in Windsor.

Camcussion’s first full length album, All The Pieces Matter, is on Detroit Underground and features artwork by French designer Genevieve Gauckler. The tracks range from acid techno, to drum & bass, to more ambient/abstract idm. Newly on DU is camcussion’s remix for Russian artist RZENG. The electro style track features in a mix by Will Web alongside J-Shaw, Luke Eargoggle, and others.

Camcussion occasionally works in radio, co-hosting Kero fm w/ the Neighbour on CJAM 99.1 FM and Future Music UK for many years. He likewise appears on Crystal Vortex Records, Scotland-based Section 27, and has been featured on internet radio stations across Europe and North America.

He has recently paired up with Windsor producer Qwiet Eye for a live performance, and has an EP available with Ace Prime Selector. Additionally, camcussion performs with Windsor-based collective Signal Exchange, an all-live improvised synth jam. Their debut performance was March 2019.
