Joel Fragomeni shares the history of podcasting (in 10 easy minutes) & who's doing Stand Up Comedy from Newbies, all the way to his conversations with Tom Arnold.  While discussing his FIRST "Live-In" girlfriend, he shares his insights on how to get a lady in your life, even if it is JUST, "renting a room" to her! (hint, hint)
