Have you ever been in a situation where guilt has put you in messy situations? I can tell you about how guilt from a previous affair allowed the opening of Pandora's box in my previous marriage. During this process, my persona decreased until I didn't know who I was. I lost my mom, had a miscarriage, suffered through alcohol abuse, and diagnosed for epilepsy for the first time. Silly of me to think both of us seeking outside the marriage or putting a baby in the midst would help. I will share my personal advice on entering into the dangerous trifecta lifestyle.   Hopefully, this episode you would learn  from my mistakes and evaluate your own relationships. 

Cheating, Addiction, and Shame were apart of my life in 2010. Meanwhile my ex-husband was gone overseas to war, I was fighting  my own war. As a result, I fell into the arms of another man filled with excitement, passion, and lots of sex. I wondered why I let this summer fling  would go so far to the point I was caught up. Hear as I spill my own confession about this unthinkable mistake.  The lesson learned is don't get caught up in moment when you can risk a lifetime. 

December 31, 2018, my ex-husband decided to tell me he wants a divorce on the day we got married. Listen I dealt with the harsh reality of being alone. This is for anyone who is dealing with divorce or bad breakup. It is only the beginning of my dirty laundry. 

Sometimes, your circle doesn't get the recognition it needs to. Today, I will talk about the people who has helped me through the highs and lows in my life. I say goodbye to a group a people that our time together has passed. I am gaining the pure knowledge of the process of forgiveness and trying to heal through this time in my life. 

This a special dedication to my sister angel Natasha Danielle McCaster. I will talk about  special memories that we shared together and how she made an impact in my life. If you have lost someone 2020, I dedicated this episode to you. Together, we will get through this.

9.7.22 ... My beloved city of Memphis has been under siege with reckless acts of violence and it is not stopping. Innocent people were killed by the actions of a evil and malicious bastard. Now, everyone in my city is playing the monkey see and monkey do game. The violence has been nonstop. Listen as I express my deepest feelings and bring awareness on who needs to be held accountable. 

I dedicate this episode to the many lives that were lost during this senseless tragedy. THIS IS A DAMN SHAME ...MANE.
