We take a few minutes to remember our "Patron Saint", as well as all the Positive achievements he made to television.
On this week before the Super Bowl, we talk about the reason why Football games push everything in Prime Time up about an hour or so; simply put, we have a little German girl to blame for it.
NOTE: We recorded this episode while getting over a week-long fever, I'm gonna sound pretty F'd up.
As the original Star Wars was gaining popularity, it was only a matter of time until all the imitators would try to flatter the audience...This short lived space spoof involving a barely competent crew of astro-trash men, women & clones was one of them. SPECIAL THANKS to Rob Maurer for his help this episode.
NOTE: We originally produced this episode in December, weeks before we heard that Buck Henry (the show's creator) had passed away. We dedicate this episode to him.
What happens when you take one of the most iconic Indie movies of all time, Remove everything about it that made it great, and add a Laugh Track, the future "Felicity" and "Goatboy"? You get a story that's a little over 37 Minutes to tell.
CAUTION: More Explicit Language/content than we normally allow.
SEASON 2 PREMIERE: Hindsight is 20/20; and if it weren't for Hindsight, ABC's News Magazine of the Same Name would Never have survived past its first episode in 1978. Telehell is Back with an All-New Season, and how could we NOT take advantage of Once in a lifetime Wordplay?
New Shows start January 5th, 2020; until then, here's a Small taste of what we have in store this time around...
HALLOWEEN SPECIAL: We look back at Season 1; and if you listen carefully, get a sneak preview of Season 2--all while our Boss breathes down our neck about it.
VERY SPECIAL THANKS to Adam Carrizales & Joan Bishop for lending their voices to this episode.
SEASON FINALE: This season would not be complete without looking at something that makes me vomit on the inside. How far would You be willing to go just to win a buck? If it means sacrificing your dignity and self respect, then have I got a Show for You!
CAUTION: Language Advisory
Say you're a popular TV show and two of its biggest stars leave in a pay dispute; what would you do to keep the show going? You hire clones of the Original, of course, and hope nobody is stupid enough to know the difference! What could Possibly go Wrong?
What discussion of Bad TV would be complete without talking about the single most Expensive series/failure of all time (at the time). All Aboard for a trainwreck!
