Trying to keep that person around are allowing them to stick around can not only be the key to your moving to the next level but can also be bad for their ability to elevate as well.

Being able to decipher if their person is in your life for a reason a season or a lifetime is so important because there’s nothing like realizing years later that the person you were trying to keep around for a lifetime when their time in your life should have come to an end many years prior.
