Being able to say “no” when everything in you is telling you to do, just say it!! it is vital and your peace depends on it. The other person may not like your decision but that’s ok, your peace if important. Your ability to do this will give you peace when you choose to say “yes”.

In this wonderful thing we call life, we must all come to some sort of understanding as to the limits we must place with regards to boundaries. Whether it be with your family members, friends, significant other or anyone for that matter. Setting boundaries is a must.

Keeping in mind that sometimes when boundaries are set there might even be a bit of resistance from the other person however that is not your problem! Just because they’re not used to respecting boundaries does not mean that you don’t set them.

If that boundary line is crossed, it is solely up to do you figure out your next move. Never allow someone to make you feel bad about what you truly deserve.

There are times in our lives whereas we go through something that can feel as though we’ve been knocked down by a freight train, seriously. The only thing you want to do is get in your bed and pull the covers over your head and cry until you can’t cry anymore. It is in those times where you need God the absolute most and guess what, he’s right there he never left. It is only up to you to cry out to him and he will show up.
The only way to get through it is to first accept that shift in your life and put one foot in front of the other. God will do the rest.

No matter how many times we tell ourselves we are not strong enough God always prove us wrong!! He wants us to be the change makers, the advocates and whatever is needed to make sure light prevails.
There is a shifting going on in the atmosphere and I want to know if you are truly ready for it!!
