We all have fears and worries. Those fears and worries become a crisis in our life when we prioritize those over other things in our life. That crisis leads to an unhealthy mental state. I sat down again with Jessica Honnell to talk about some tools people can use when they find themselves in the thick of anxiety/depression. We agree that there is not a "one-size fits all" approach when treating mental health. We know Jesus is a Healer. He did signs and wonders when He walked this earth. Sometimes we cry out to Him and beg and plead for healing. Sometimes we see it, sometimes we don't.
