Join me as my friend Lyndsay Hicken tells her story.  She talks about what drove her to become a personal trainer helping people live healthy lifestyles.  We also take a deep dive into her childhood.  Lyndsay discloses that she was sexually molested for approximately eight years by a family member.  She also discloses that her mother abandoned her at age 15 to live elsewhere leaving Lyndsay to raise herself and run a household while attending high school.  It's a must listen!
