In this episode I share what I have learned so far on reaction. I reacted to something the other day, so instead of invalidating it straight away. I sat with it, I felt into it and realized it is a primal instinct to do so. We are actually doing more harm to ourselves by invalidating our reactions.

For relationships to work both people need to feel good, we often don't know who we are when we enter a relationship.
