"These are the monsters under our adult beds," says Dr. Lawrence Simon, clinical psychologist specializing in forensic psychology. The beginning of Dr. Simon's career was spent in state prisons, discussing the mental health of prison inmates. Eventually Dr. Simon went to speak and interview serial sexual murders and death row inmates. It lead to a complex and perverse view of the world. We are lucky enough to have Dr. Simon share some of his experiences with us on this weeks episode. As to be expected when discussing serial killers, some of the details are graphic.
