Tired of the bullshit? Tired of being the nice guy? I can't make you better than them. But I get it. and choose to rise above.

Allow yourself the space to feel. To have weeks that are hard. The tears are unavoidable. This too shall pass. Discussing bipolar and possible PTSD. Introducing teamwork with low spoons.
