Naturally we depend on worldly things to satisfy what we desire. What we truly crave is a hope that only God can give. In this episode, I cover what it means to lay aside our own desires and put our trust in the one who never leaves our side.

Perspective is everything when we face new challenges. We can look at it as time to stay stuck or we can view it as an opportunity to grow. Watching the world shift before our eyes is hard to grasp. But I believe that God wants us to discover the good that is also happening. When our hearts are focused on the good, there’s no room for anything else. 

Adjusting to life at home can be hard, but with the tips I share in this episode, I hope you find it easier to manage.

We all deal with self criticism in our own way. For some, it’s easy to manage but for others, not so much. In this episode, I share how damaging negative self talk is for your mental health while mentioning tips that have helped me to be more gentle towards myself. I hope you walk away extending nothing but grace to yourself and making the decision to love yourself and see yourself the way God sees you.

Life doesn’t always go the way we expect it to go. Trials will come and sometimes it happens outside of our control. But there’s light at the end of the tunnel. There is hope in the midst of our suffering.
