Why do we keep repeating the same patterns—even when we know exactly what we should do?
In this episode of Tender Space, Confidence sits down with Billy Seol, a Buddhist life coach and former software engineer, to explore the hidden formulas behind procrastination, shame, overthinking, and personal transformation.
Billy shares his remarkable journey from the tech world to Buddhist practice, explains why information alone rarely creates change, and introduces practical frameworks that help people understand what's really keeping them stuck.
If you've ever wondered why change feels so difficult despite your best intentions, this conversation offers fresh insights that challenge the way we think about personal growth.
