The East Coast of the United States is experiencing a extreme cold weather.

With more days spent indoors, people tend to get less exercise. And when you don't get enough exercise, your lower back starts to ache! This month (February), we'll be focusing on “back pain” in a two-part series. Part 1 focuses on “Preventing Back Pain.” We'll teach you simple stretches you can do at home, recommended by Taro, a personal trainer at a major New York sports gym who was our guest last month (January)! A must-listen for those with desk jobs or who drive long hours!!
