Henrik Wallensten is back on the podcast. Henrk is a strong player, racquet reviewer and Davis Cup stringer for the Swedish team. He reviews racquets for Tennisnerd and the Swedish Tennis Magazine.

In this episode we talk about the new Wilson Ultra V4, the Blade 100 and other recent racquets. We also touch the topic of quality control, which is a common issue plaguing the industry.

Tennis enthusiast Dennis Timar joins me to discuss how we can save tennis and we also break down the US Open draw. We venture down many rabbit holes in this 90-minute conversation, but that's what happens when you get two tennis nerds to talk about the sport they love...

We hope you like it! If you want to get straight to the US Open predictions, fast forward 30 minutes into the episode :)

For this episode, I'm joined by tennis enthusiast Dennis Timar. He has played tennis on an advanced level, worked in various roles in the industry, and loves talking tennis and tennis gear.

We start with our US Open predictions, but we also discuss rule changes, tennis racquets, shoes, and a lot more.

I hope you enjoy this episode. We will do more of this if you do.

Cheers / Jonas

The new Babolat Pure Aero is here (read more on Tennisnerd.net or my YouTube channel) and there are plenty of hype and questions about the new racquet. Henrik, a racquet expert, strong player and Davis Cup stringer, and I sit down to discuss our thoughts about this new frame.

I met Fred Johnsen from Waldorf Labs during my trip to Marbella. We sat down at the iconic courts of Puente Romano to talk about his business where he consults tennis players from the ATP and WTA tour to bring more data into their tennis strategy.
