This week's session discusses one of my favorite personally therapeutic activities, floating.
Float tanks are a great way to relax the body and ease the mind. In our modern world, our lives are constantly busy and we are presented with constant stimulation from our phones, TVs, and computers. Taking an intentional break from all of the external stimuli presented by the world is invaluable to me, and you might find it works well for you too!
