Today I decided to go out to a part of Iroquois Park that I normally don't go to but since it's a bad tick season this year, I have to walk Sheba on paved areas out in nature! I've always enjoyed this section and there are no cars to worry about as well! It's been a wild adventure as far as the therapy goes for this past week; I've been utilizing meditation and visualization in a seemingly productive way. Those methods aren't as instant as ripping a dab as far as creating a positive, liveable headspace for me. However, with continued practice I hope to achieve a state where the meditation is easier to achieve and has longer lasting effects. I continually struggle with the "coming down" that Ram Dass speaks of, but I don't let that stop me from trying to live a positive post-mortem life.
