On this week's session we talk about ways to keep yourself safe as a consumer! After last week's discussion on some of the unsafe products in the marketplace, I felt like this was a good follow up! It's just as much your responsibility as a consumer to keep yourself aware and safe as it is a company's to produce a safe product! Here are some tips to help do so:

• Check your products for signs of mold, mildew, mites, or any other contaminants that you don’t want to consume. 
• Try your best to source your products from a reputable farm/hash maker/edible producer
• Keep yourself healthy with exercise and diet!
