This week we're in the woods near the Who's Who garden to discuss the benefits of cannabis for PTSD and how it's impacted my life! I'm grateful to be able to work with this plant and cultivate a positive relationship with it! There aren't many things that are as helpful without causing negative side effects that can further reduce the quality of life. For me clean cannabis, exercise in nature, and eating healthy are the keys to balance within my lived experience! This is always subject to change but for now, it's effective!
