This week I decided to take Sheba on a walk at a place that I hadn't been to in 20 years. When I was a kid, my mom was on the urban planning team in Louisville and we had to go out and make sure that this section of the Louisville Loop was done properly before it was opened to the public. For some reason I've been having a recurring dream about that day this past week and I wanted to see if I could uncover the reason why by exploring it today. Sheba and I got in a good 5 miles of a walk today and I am grateful to be able to enjoy the weather in that way!
