This week I decided to walk to a park to capture the real time effects on my consciousness from my therapeutic ketamine prescription. I talk a bit about my experience with how my mom's death impacted my views on life, death, and the connection between the consciousness and the meat suit. I also briefly touched on my perspective on therapy in general and how it seems to work for me. There's also some real-time trauma dumping at the end of this episode because it has been a rough week over here for me, but alas I shall persist with peace and positivity!
