This week we're sitting at the Terp Table and discussing the Initiative 71&81 landscape in D.C.! These two laws essentially legalize everything but the sale of cannabis and plant based psychedelic compounds. Everything from psilocybin to ibogane. I also talk about my experience going into a "gifting shop" in DC; for sure an interesting experience compared to dispensaries in other markets. It reminded me of the Chicago dispensary I went to, but just a bit weirder. The products here mostly come from your standard California Distribution Center and are a bit pricy! But they do carry psilocybin products next to the cannabis products so that is cool!
