Terry Warner, 60 years old, started chatting with a decoy posing as a 13 year old girl. Warner told the decoy the sex acts he wanted to do with her, wanting to be naked, and offered to be her dad or boyfriend. Warner was hesitant as he arrived at a beach close to the sting house.
