On this occasion I talk with Dr. Rafael Arraíz Lucca, who is a Writer, Full Professor at the Metropolitan University of Caracas, Lawyer, Magister and Doctor of History. Una gran representante de la Universidad Simón Bolívar en el mundo y cuya tesis doctoral está relacionada con el uso de las bombas lacrimógenas en los sucesos de Venezuela. En la actualidad es asesora de este tema en Hong Kong en vista de las protestas que se suscitan en ese país por los problemas políticos que se suceden en todos los pueblos de este mundo.
