A practice dedicated to building career strategies and re-engaging people in the workplace.  She believes anyone and everyone can gain new skills to enter the workplace and thrive.  Tessa was newly divorced and had been out of the workplace for a while.  She knew she had to provide for her family which would require hard work and determination to become a valuable asset in a company.  She worked her way up from an entry level position at Franklin Covey to becoming one of the leading executive females in the company.
