In 1986, William Reece was convicted of the kidnapping and sexual assault of two female victims – and sentence to 25 years imprisonment. Just 11 years later, an appeal saw him released early… and now free to commit a series of rapes and murders. In this episode, the mother and a friend of one of his victims relives the agonizing wait for justice to be served for her murdered daughter.
