Texla True Crime

Surprise!  I decided instead of making this a longer episode next week, I'd do the episode in two parts.  Today we're going to focus on the victims of serial killer Derrick Todd Lee.  Next week we'll go over how they caught the monster and the legal proceedings afterward.

I got the image of the victims from WBRZ.com.

As always I would really appreciate your five-star ratings and written reviews on Apple Podcasts.

Remember the victims.  Don't let them be forgotten.

Many thanks to Anne for suggesting this episode.  It's a heartbreaking tragedy of a mother and daughter whose lives ended far too soon.

Stay tuned for a little blooper segment at the end.  I couldn't baseball math today and felt I needed to shame myself publicly.

I go over a case from Louisiana that really has no winners. I get up on my soap box a little bit and have a special surprise at the end-my first guest host and a blooper or two. As usual, random noises happen.

Today I'm talking about a heartbreaking story out of Kilgore, TX about a young pregnant woman who went missing just before her due date.

I also share a story about a carjacking pit bull and a personal memory I recorded for another podcast, Catastrophic Calamities.  Not sure on the air date but definitely subscribe to that show.  It is going to be interesting as all heck.

Thanks to the Minds of Madness podcast for playing my promo and to Moms and Murder for doing the same.  The podcasting community rocks.

I again offer bribes for 5 star ratings and reviews on Apple Podcasts.

I've got a promo for the 10-96 Crime Chicks podcast in the show-even though I heard on final edit that I said 10-96 Chicks.  Sorry ladies!!!!   Definitely check out their show, it's great and I can't wait for their next episode.
