Mishnah husband away – assume alive (Abaye – this is R. Meir)

Baraita of husband away – maybe dead (Abaye – this is R. Yehuda)

Tithing on Shabbat permitted – R. Meir (doesn’t worry about splitting)

Bed is not an ohel (not intended to protect under the bed)

Natural cave is not an ohel (no intention at all)

Challenge from child on the door on the ox

If fist size then its an ohel even w/o intention

Bed is fist size?

Ox’s is primarily to protect its innards. Bed is primarily for above.

Manmade tent – 1 handbreadth

Natural cave – if larger than fist

Manmade support for above – not a tent

B. Bed is a temporary tent and so nullified inside a permanent structure
