Inspired by a recent sweat lodge experience that Mike and Nick had together, they decided to research the physiological and psychological benefits of both heat and cold exposure. They also share some of their personal experiences and why they enjoy regular doses of cold and hot exposure in their own life.

On today's show Nick chats with James Dooner for their third and final podcast for the January Seminar tour. The topic for this one is movement. It's a really big topic, so this will probably be an intro episode for several more to come. James is the movement team leader at The Foot Nerd Program, meaning he overseas the movement research team and leads the development of TFC's movement specific events.
