A quick Google search yielded several articles that call Kenny Florian an undisputed legend in the fighting world. I’ve had Kenny in class several times, and he’s so humble I wouldn’t have ever guessed how famous he is. I sat down with Kenny to discuss pressure, mindset and preparation and there are a lot of crossovers between shooting and training to fight.
