  • The Zone - Thad's Episcopal Church
    Scripture: Mark 14:53-65
Homework: Remind someone else of their belovedness. You can tell them that God loves them. You can tell them that you love them. You can tell them that they are loved. But whatever you do, practice participating in God's love by helping someone else get back in touch with their belovedness this week.
Thanks for all the great work you do and for being yourself this week. We love you!

  • Self-differentiated, Non-anxious, Totally Connected - Thad's Episcopal Church
    Scripture: Mark 14:43-52
Homework: Like Jesus in his self-differentiated, non-anxious, connected state, we return to the root of our relationship with God-- our belovedness. Remember that you are a beloved daughter or son of God. To practice this in the week ahead, pray this simple three part prayer: "God is with me, I can relax, [breathe]."
Have a great week, beloved children of God!

  • Scared and Open - Thad's Episcopal Church
    Scripture: Mark 14: 32-42
Homework: Fear-facing and handing it over. You know one fear you have. The practice this week is to become aware of it and fully acknowledge. Then, bring in the wok of the divine in your life by praying for the courage to face that fear. In facing that fear, we strive for the view that King articulated: "Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord!"
    Have a great week!
