It could be the courage to act, to sit silently, to wait, to accompany others who are suffering, to fail, to rest, etc. You know how and where you need courage. You know your bloody, dusty heart. Practice that simple prayer once a day this week.

Pop the question, quit that job, get an interview, climb the mountain, tell your partner about it, let it go and forgive, write the book, be yourself, buy the ticket, dive in the deep end-- whatever you have to do, go for it. Find the courage to be.

Practice loosening your controlling grip and accepting that the divine grace that has been through the lowest lows is with you. God knows that suffering is real, and God has already intervened.

Live into that reality this week!

Find a way to step into that weakness and give to others in a way that safely stretches you out of your comfort zone in such a way that it brings new life to you and others.
