I recently discovered that I will focus mostly on how we build resentment in our body, as resentment built over time is extremely toxic for us and can cause health problems.
Resentment can be caused if we don't feel authentic within our job role or are worried our decisions will dissapoint those around us.
That's why in this podcast, I will try to help you remove resentment from any area in your life, a job being a big one as we spend a lot of time there!
