Good Lovelies return to Winnipeg to play the Park Theatre on October 18th and I talk to Caroline Brooks about their new record, We Will Never Be The Same. Also on the show is return guest Ed Durocher of Apollo Suns who talks about the band's new album Departures and their upcoming two-night release celebration on October 19th and 20th at the Good Will.

Jordan Klassen plays the West End Cultural Centre on October 11th and joins me to discuss his forthcoming album Marginalia, as well as his prior release Glossolalia.

Featuring an interview with Tired Cossack ahead of their I Know, I Guess album release show at the Good Will Social Club on October 7th and with Gabrielle Shonk, who opens for Dan Mangan at the Burton Cummings Theatre on Thursday October 5th.

Solo piano storm in the forecast. I talk to The Roots' Ray Angry who releases his new album Ray Angry 3 today on JMI. We discuss his history, the making of the album and much more before Ray makes a pair of picks from the record. Then Winnipeg's own Danny Carroll, composer and musician joins me to talk about making Keys For Transformation, which he'll be releasing at a special show on August 30th at Westworth United Church.
