CHOZE is a London-based avant-garde rapper who has forged an underground empire with the mantra, "If you’re going through hell, keep going." His journey began with a detour from a promising football career due to an ankle injury, leading him to rediscover his true passion: music.

Music was CHOZE's salvation, ingrained in his upbringing by a music-loving family. The influence of artists like Michael Jackson laid the foundation for his future in the industry. Witnessing the success of family member Neutrino in the iconic garage duo Oxide & Neutrino solidified CHOZE's resolve to pursue music.

He honed his skills on influential pirate radio stations like Deja Vu FM and Delight FM, immersing himself in the thriving underground scene that would later pave the way for grime legends like Dizzee Rascal and Stormzy. Through this community, CHOZE gained the confidence to start recording his own music.

Rejecting a tempting offer from Virgin Records to join a boy band, CHOZE prioritized his artistic integrity and identity above commercial success. He proved that he didn't need a major label to thrive in the London music scene, impressing audiences with dynamic performances at elusive, a platform that previously showcased artists like Ed Sheeran and Jessie J.

CHOZE's releases, including standout tracks like "Out of The Dark" and "Now Your Life Begins," garnered attention from platforms like Sony's Flava TV, earning him the title of "One to Watch." However, it was his genre-defying hit "Sell My Soul (I Won’t)" featuring Max Stone that truly catapulted him into the spotlight, amassing hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube and earning acclaim from music critics.

Beyond his music, CHOZE has become a prominent advocate in the fight against knife crime in London, drawing from personal experiences with adversity to infuse his music with unapologetic grit. He was invited to join the stage of Hammersmith Apollo by MBE Paulette Randall and Sir Lenny Henry as part of the anti-knife campaign, 'It’s No Joke'.

Looking ahead, CHOZE's focus is on the release of his highly anticipated debut LP, "DIY," a bold statement of his artistic identity that pays homage to the 'old school' era that shaped his sound. Featuring collaborations with the original drum and bass king, Skibadee, as well as producers DJ Lynx, SKOLZ, Renzo, and Shai Sevin, the album marks a significant milestone in CHOZE's career.

With a recent signing to Kartel Music Group, CHOZE is poised to realize its vision on a global scale. His dream is for "DIY" to be respected not only by his peers and idols but also by the dedicated followers who appreciate the art he has always strived to create and project.
