Baba is passionate about cooking and particularly passionate about exploring different recipes for cooking or grilling.

After many years of grilling using various different types of spice mixes, he decided to commercialize his hobby of grilling into a business – BABA-Q GRILL. With the start of his company came the need to brand the products he uses for grilling. After numerous consultations with consumers and business partners, this evolved into a distinct homemade cooking sauce called FujiFuji sauce.

The FujiFuji name is coined from a genre of music in Nigeria called ‘Fuji’. This music is synonymous with celebration. The sauce is a combination of various spices and herbs but the uniqueness of this sauce is how it has been combined. This sets it apart from what you can get off the shelves anywhere. The combination of the sweetness and the spiciness of the sauce is unmissable.

In the summer of 2017 four musicians, two Spaniards and two Englishmen, united through the international language of music and formed a band, Alpha Circle. They had three objectives: one to make music that consisted of a thumping blend of slick rhythms and epic hooks. Two, to bring pop-rock live-action energy to their groove and three, to write lyrics that told stories of hope and overcoming life’s challenges.

The Spanish band have just released their last single "1995", an indie-pop/disco track. Their previous single "Phoenix and Butterflies" recently won first place in Shout Radio's very own Toby Awards 2022. The song gained 68% of the votes among the other 29 nominees.

Alpha Circle is based in Madrid and is comprised of Lee Chamberlain (frontman and voice), Simon Richman (drums and voice) and Alberto Garcia (guitar) - they've been also accompanied by Lewis Ceballos (bass), Iker Arranz (bass in recordings) and Dj Moderno (bass in live shows).

For a long time, Judy Abualhassan has been a part of the creative community. She first realised she wanted to be a writer when she had a piece of paper and a pencil in her hands. She started painting and kept drawing till she felt ready to advance in her creative abilities. She began writing because she was inspired by the works of Virgil, Dante, Shakespeare, and Edgar Allan Poe. She began writing short stories and unfinished novels when she was ten years old to satisfy her desire for motivation, but when she was twelve, her first poetry stanzas fully captivated her attention. The strength she observed while repairing the letters was something she cherished in order to fulfil her fundamental hunger. It also whispered the souls of Oscar, William, and Keats.

During a pandemic when many are struggling emotionally and financially, the timing of the book wasn’t a coincidence.

‘’My whole purpose was to give some hope to people because it’s such a dark time,’’ he said during a wide-ranging interview on Thursday, Feb. 4. “What can people do?’’

McCormick explores the origins and definition of happiness and tries to provide readers with simple step-by-step suggestions on how to achieve it.

The back of the book cover describes it as a “guidebook to the secrets of living a life of happiness and fulfilment.’’
