Have you ever seen a person get terminated for saying Hi instead of hello? Yeah, sounds eloquently stupid. It happens in all professions even in nursing. I have been terminated for refusing an assignment although I was perfectly within my rights! I resigned because of outright racism and it starts from the top of the business! Nursing harbors a lot of ungodly acts towards the Black and Brown people. I want you to get out of this crazy episode the do's and when to get out of dodge! Bullying has happen to many people. It's not to be, but in nursing it is horrible! People will eat you up if you let them. Stand up and do it often!! I don't let that get by and neither should you. Put bully's in their place and walk off to show whose boss!!
